Booking and Reservation
This can occasionally be possible, but must be agreed in writing before your arrival.
All guests must have left the property by 10 a.m on the day of departure. Our cleaning staff arrive at that time in order to prepare the property for our next guests.
Extra visitors (those not staying at the property) are not allowed unless it is agreed in writing prior to your stay.
Please inform us as soon as possible of any breakages or damage to the property or furniture.
Amenities & Services
Yes, we allow up to 3 dogs to accompany you on your stay. They are charged at £25 per dog. Please ensure that we are informed before your arrival if any dogs will be staying at the property. Please note that dogs are not allowed upstairs or in any of the bedrooms. Dogs must also be kept on a lead when they are not within the confines of the courtyard. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any dog mess from our grounds (fines will be issued if this is not carried out).
Towels for use in the bathrooms are provided. You will only need to bring towels for using at the pool/hot tubs.
We leave a complimentary supply of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toilet roll. We also provide tea towels, a dishcloth and kitchen roll. In each bathroom there will be liquid soap and hair and body wash (please do not remove from the property). These will not be replenished during your stay.
Yes, we have a Nespresso pod machine that uses the original pods (small). We leave a complimentary box, but you should bring extra for your stay. The pods can be purchased at most supermarkets.
We have 2 American style fridge freezers.
We have a large BBQ for which you will need to bring your own supply of charcoal. We provide wood for the pizza oven.
We have a Bluetooth speaker with a microphone attached for playing music/karaoke.
Please ask before you move the furniture, particularly the large pieces, and always ensure that it is moved back to its original position before you leave.
We always ensure that we have enough of each to cater for the maximum capacity of the property (32). We also have baking trays, cake tins, hand blender, food processor, weighing scales, serving dishes. If there is a specific item you may need during your stay, please check before your arrival in case you need to bring your own
Please ask before erecting banners or balloons and be mindful of not damaging furniture or paintwork. Please do not attach any signs to the bedroom doors. Any damage caused may be liable to charges in order to undertake any necessary repairs.
Yes, we have an EV Charger at the property. There are also EV Chargers at Calon Y Fferi in Ferryside village (approximately 1 mile away).
You are welcome to arrange a delivery to the property. Please use the postcode SA17 5UG and select Pengay Farm as the address. You should schedule the delivery for a time after you have arrived. Tesco, Morrisons, Asda and Sainsburys all deliver to us.
Yes, we are happy to allow outside caterers at the property, but kindly ask that you let us know in advance of your arrival.
We do not allow any caravans or motorhomes to be parked at the property during your stay. Please make other arrangements for suitable parking before your arrival.
