A 35% deposit is necessary to secure a booking. The final amount is due 42 days prior to the arrival date. If your stay is within 42 days of your arrival date, the full amount will need to be paid at the time of your booking. A £1,000 security deposit is then held on your credit card the week before you arrive and will be held for 7 days after your departure date and provided that the property is left in a satisfactory condition, no money will be claimed.
